Order Processing: Orders are billed on the first day, every other month. All boxes are processed two weeks after billing (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping time: This refers to the time takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. This item is shipped directly from our suppliers and will take around 3-10 days to reach customers within the United States.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
